Activities to try during your Cornwall holidays

Mountain Biking

The minimum age to participate in this activity is 8 years old. All necessary equipment is provided by the centre but you need to bring a change of clothes so that you can freshen up and change after the activity.  Mountain biking is a great way to explore the countryside and enjoy its marvellous views.

One activity that you might have a hard time enjoying in the big city but can try out here in Cornwall while staying at the Cornwall holiday cottages is horse riding.  This activity is one of the most popular activities in Cornwall and there are many places that offer this adventure.  You can ride your horse and explore the place alone or bring along a friend or family members. This is a great way to explore the woodland, farmland or along the coastline of Cornwall. If you have never done this before, there are riding lessons available.  Professional trainers and licensed stables are available at the horse riding centres that will make sure you are safe. If you feel the horse is too big for your children, though, you can always let them try out the donkey ride.  The donkey ride is available for adults and children who are not comfortable on a horse.
