4 Campsites In Cornwall For Your Bvvw

Deciding to travel Cornwall in a VW Camper van is one of the best ways of seeing the entirety of beautiful Cornwall. Cornwall and in fact most of the South West's counties are host to a wealth of campsites and camping spots which provide you a base when out and about with your friends and family on your Cornish holiday. Cornwall is one of the most beautiful place to holiday in I'd like to share a four places which you could begin or continue your camper van journey in Cornwall.

Padstow in North Cornwall has long since been a popular tourist destination forever and one of the more romantic places of north Cornwall, some of the campsites here spill on to the beach giving way to an expanse of coves, cliffs and seemingly endless calm seawater rippling within close distance of your VW camper van.

Par on the East coast of Cornwall is another popular destination, within close access of many popular destinations including the Eden project - a unique project which show cases different climates and their respective vegetation, a fantastic tourist attraction which will certainly be entertaining for the whole family, within short distance there is also the Lost Gardens of Heligan discover ancient gardens once lost, now found, these two attractions an ideal partnership for the horticulturist within.

Bude, in Cornwall is another popular sport in north Cornwall and sets you on the road deeper in to Cornwall or on towards Devon. Bude has plenty of campsites most of which are within close distance of the beach and main shopping area.

Falmouth in South West Cornwall is a town with a long maritime history and has grown in popularity significantly leading to much redevelopment of the local area and investment, some of the campsites on the outskirts are within close proximity to beaches and the town, the Helford package area is particularly stunning and is host to some of the most spectacular views in Cornwall.

Taking a camper van or van gives you the chance to truly experience what Cornwall has to offer and get to all of those hard to get to places off the beaten track. Of cause if you have rented a VW camper or own a VW camper then you might well use the benefits of such a vehicle, rather than staying in a campsite or other accommodation. Camper vans will typically have a kitchen area, sofa and bed (fold out) which can be deployed when needed. Using a proper campsite gives you access to electricity, a secure location, facilities to wash yourself and your clothes as well as get to know fellow holiday makers / travellers who are heading around Cornwall as well.
